Shipping Policy

At Starlight Blooms, we offer flexible delivery option to ensure your beautiful flowers arrive fresh and on time.
 

Delivery Options

  • Nationwide Delivery (3-4 working days) - £3.99 via DPD

  • Nationwide Next Day Delivery - £5.99 via DPD (order placed before 1:00 PM)

  • Click & Collect: Free - Collect from our location at your convenience

Important Delivery Notes

  • Each bouquet is hand-crafted to order with care and attention to detail

  • Please allow 1-2 working days for us to create your bouquet, depending on the size and flower availability

  • Same-day delivery is not currently available

  • For next-day delivery orders, please ensure ordes are placed before 1:00 PM

Return & Refunds Policy

No Returns on Fresh Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns.

 

This exemption is in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which excludes perishable goods from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

Our Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the quality or condition of your flowers:

  • Contact us within 1 working day of delivery to report any issues

  • We will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution

  • Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may offer either a replacement or a refund at management's discretion

  • Please provide photographic evidence when reporting quality issues
